Invitation to ASINDA 2024
Dear Representative,
We would like to invite Your company to take part in ASINDA 2024, which will be held on Friday 26th of January 2024 in Aurum, Åbo Akademi, Turku. ASINDA, Axels och Stinas Industridag, is a recruitment fair arranged by students studying Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Åbo Akademi University together with the student organization Kemistklubben vid Åbo Akademi rf.
The Faculty of Science and Engineering at Åbo Akademi University consists of five different study programmes; Chemical and Process Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy and Biosciences. ASINDA is mainly aimed at engineering students, however our fair will also arouse interest over subject borders.
ASINDA aims to give students information about working life and establish contacts with future employees. During the event, You will have the opportunity to become acquainted with our students and vice versa. The event consists of a recruitment fair and company presentations. The presentations can be held either in Swedish or English. An ASINDA publication will be published simultaneously with the fair, and You have the opportunity to advertise Your company in the publication. Additionally, You have an opportunity to participate by ordering a company poster if you cannot attend the fair physically. Traditionally, the event concludes with a cocktail and an evening get-together with our students.
The last day to inform about Your company’s partaking in the fair is Friday the 24th of November 2023. You can confirm Your participation on our Microsoft form, through the Link. Due to a limited number of places, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the company contact person within one week. Companies that have signed up will receive updated information about the event by e-mail.

ASINDA 2024 offers Your company the following alternatives
1. Company presentation, 750 €
● A 30-minute presentation + 15 minutes for possible questions from the audience. In addition to general information about the company we would like to hear about innovations or technology which have made You successful in Your field as well as Your ideas for a sustainable future.
● The auditorium suits for an audience of 50 people.
● It is possible to connect a laptop to a video projector in the auditorium.
2. Panel discussion, 800 € (max 3 companies)
● An moderated and interactive discussion/interview, where students can get a deeper insight into Your company and its future.
● The discussion will happen between four different company representatives (1 representative per company) and the audience. Evenly distributed discussion time is managed by a moderator.
● An opportunity for Your company to inspire students in a large lecture hall with a capacity of about 120 participants.
● An opportunity for Your company to discuss Your innovations and ideas for a sustainable future.
3. Stand at the recruitment fair Premium stand 850 € Normal stand 700 €.
● A stand for 1-3 company representatives.
● A table is included in the stand place. Other requests are taken into account as well.
● Premium stand is a more visible spot at the fair.
4. Advertisement in the ASINDA publication, 250 € / 200 €
● Publication contains the program for ASINDA 2024, articles, information about the faculty and alumni in the working life. ● An edition of 150 copies will be handed out to all participants at ASINDA as well as in electronic form to all of Kemistklubben’s members.
● Full-page advertisement 250 € (color or grayscale).
● Half-page advertisement 200 € (color or grayscale).
5. Company poster during the event, 200 €
● A poster with the company’s own design printed in color (size A1), which will be hung up in a visible place during the fair.
● The poster can for example consist of Your company’s logo, short information about the company and/or information about recruitment (QR code). 6. Advertisement on social media, 300 €
● We can also offer Your company advertisement through our social media channels.
● A post on Kemistklubben’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
7. Package 1: Company presentation + Premium stand at the recruitment fair + Full-page advertisement in the ASINDA publication, 1650 €
8. Package 2: Premium stand at the recruitment fair + Full-page advertisement in the ASINDA publication + Interactive panel discussion, 1700 €
Breakfast, lunch, coffee, cocktail and evening get-together for the company representatives are included in the prices. We have a limited amount of seats for the cocktail and evening get-together and therefore we can only offer You two seats per company for this part of the event.
The profit from the fair goes to Kemistklubben and its activities.
